This is a saviour because it can be an easy dip, sandwich filler or delish sauce to go with pasta. This salmon recipe will go down a treat with little ones and big!

The dill really brings it to life and adds a real sense of freshness. Salmon is full of brilliant brain-boosting oils as well as being great for the skin, and dill is full of bone-strengthening calcium and antibacterial properties which help ward off illness.

Ingredients:

60g smoked salmon
3 tbsp crème fraîche
3 tbsp natural yoghurt
1-2 tbsp dill
Squeeze lemon juice

Method:

Simply chop up your smoked salmon and mix through your crème fraîche, yoghurt, dill and lemon juice.
Season to taste and use
