A rich, warming stew of minced British beef with a gentle chilli kick, peppered with a duo of pulses and plenty of veggies.
We also add chicken livers - packed with iron, B12 & Vitamin A - for richness and their nutrition benefits.
Appetites can vary of course, but as a guide :-
Our 350g portion feeds 1 adult or 2 children.
Our 700g portion feeds 2 adults or 3 to 4 children.
Cooking instructions :-
Oven - Remove the sleeve and film. Cook from frozen at 180°C/gas mark 4 for 35-45 mins/55-60 mins depending on 350g/700g portion size. Relax, wait for the timer, serve up and feast!
