Our vegetable-rich British beef ragu is cooked low and slow, then layered with gluten-free lasagne sheets and a creamy bechamel sauce made using organic milk.

We have also added miso paste - a fermented food packed with B vitamins - for its unique flavour and chicken livers for depth and a nutritious boost. They are rich in iron and Vitamin A. 

Appetites can vary of course, but as a guide :-

Our 400g portion feeds 1 adult or 2 children

Our 800g portion feeds 2 adults or 3 to 4 children

Cooking instructions:

Oven - Remove the sleeve and film. Cook from frozen at 180°C/gas mark 4 for 35 or 55 mins, depending on 400g/800g portion size. Relax, wait for the timer, serve up and feast!
