Buffalo Milk Ice Cream
Eight have teamed up with LAVERSTOKE PARK FARM, an organic/biodynamic farm covering 2,500 acres in Hampshire run by ex-racing driver and Formula One World Champion, Jody Scheckter. The farm is home to a herd of 450 buffalos and their milk is used to make the creamiest of ice cream.
Buffalo milk has a superior nutrient profile to cow's milk with 30% more protein and 60% more calcium with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, plus it tastes out of this world, as described by owner Jody ‘As the best tasting ice cream in the world’.
Benefiting from a higher nutrient content, buffalo milk is the core contributing factor to producing a rich in flavour and creamy in texture product.
