Chockablock with salmon, haddock and coley, our fish pie is laden with leeks and topped with a hearty mix of white and sweet potato mash. 

We only use organic milk and add two types of iodine rich seaweed for added depth of flavour and a clever nutritious boost. 

Appetites can vary of course, but as a guide :-

Our 375g portion feeds 1 adult or 2 children

Our 800g portion feeds 2 adults or 3 and 4 children

Cooking instructions :-

Oven - Remove the sleeve and film. Cook from frozen at 180°C/gas mark 4 for 35 mins or 55 mins depending on 375g/800g size. Relax, wait for the timer, serve up and feast!
