Generous soft slow cooked diced lamb and sweet apricots in a delicious rich sauce subtly scented with cardamom, cinnamon and orange. Enjoy it served with couscous or quinoa. We add miso paste - a fermented food packed with B vitamins - for it's unique flavour and a nutritious boost.

Cooking instructions :-
Oven - Remove the sleeve and film. Cook from frozen at 180°C/gas mark 4 for 35-45 or 55-60 mins depending on 350g/700g portion size. Relax, wait for the timer, serve up and feast!
