Lamb Tagine

Generous soft slow cooked diced lamb and sweet apricots in a delicious rich sauce subtly scented with cardamom, cinnamon and orange. Enjoy it served with couscous or quinoa. We add miso paste - a fermented food packed with B vitamins - for it's unique flavour and a nutritious boost.

Appetites can vary of course, but as a guide :-

Our 350g portion feeds 1 adult or 2 children

Our 700g portion feeds 2 adults or 3 to 4 children

Cooking instructions :-

Oven - Remove the sleeve and film. Cook from frozen at 180°C/gas mark 4 for 35-45 or 55-60 mins depending on 350g/700g portion size. Relax, wait for the timer, serve up and feast!

Microwave - Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power. 850W 4 mins - stir well & re-cover - 1 min. Allow to stand for 1 min. Stir well before serving.
